Pre-Visit Customer Checklist
To ensure the most effective and safe dry-steam remediation, please review and complete the following steps before our technician arrives.
What to Do Before Your Appointment
1. Clear access to treatment areas
Please make sure we have access to whatever is being treated such as:
-
Beds
-
Mattresses and box springs
-
Couches, sofas, recliners
-
Carpets, rugs, and baseboards

Headboards and surrounding areas
2. Remove and bag personal items
Place the following in sealed plastic bags:
-
Clothing
-

These items can be laundered on high heat (wash and dry) before or after treatment.
3. Strip bedding from all beds

-
Blankets
-
Comforters
-
Decorative pillows
Place them into bags for laundering.

4. Vacuum! Vacuum! Vacuum!
Thorough and repeated vacuuming is extremely helpful before and after treatment. If you vacuum, dispose of the bag or empty the canister immediately outside the home.
5. Secure pets
Please keep pets:
-
Out of the treatment rooms for their own safety in another part of the home or temporary location away until treated surfaces have cooled.
Dry steam is safe but extremely hot on contact.
